Manabu Umezawa ( Japanese 梅澤 学 , Umezawa Manabu ; born August 29, 1972 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Umezawa learned to play soccer on the school team at Kobe Koryo Gakuen High School . He signed his first contract with All Nippon Airways . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . With the founding of the professional league J.League in 1992 and the associated reorganization of Japanese football, All Nippon Airways became the Yokohama wing . In 1993 he won the Kaiser Cup with the club . At the end of 1993 he ended his career as a football player.
