APT1 espionage report

On February 18, 2013, Mandiant published a report containing evidence of cyber attacks by the People's Liberation Army (or Unit 61398 ). These attacks are believed to have targeted at least 141 organizations in the United States and other English-speaking countries dating back to 2006. The report calls the espionage unit APT1 ( Advanced Persistent Threat ). Although the report is comprehensive, the cyber attack incidents mentioned cannot be linked to either the Chinese government or the People's Liberation Army, which the report claims to be.

A video uploaded to YouTube shows such an intervention by APT1.
