Manfred Prior

Manfred Prior (* 1954 ) is a German psychologist , therapist and author.

Career

Manfred Prior has headed the Milton-Erickson regional office in Frankfurt with Ulrich Freund since 1999, is a trainer of the Milton-Erickson Society for clinical hypnosis and co-founder and trainer of the German Society for Dental Hypnosis (DGZH). He works in his own practice as a therapist, consultant, coach and supervisor.

Prior describes in his publications on short-term therapy with his so-called MiniMax interventions, conversational strategies that are intended to achieve maximum effect with minimal effort when looking for solutions.
