Manuel Bobadilla (born March 16, 1970 in Havana ) is a former Cuban soccer player.

Manuel Bobadilla is one of the most important Cuban footballers of all time. He was voted Cuba's “Footballer of the Year” in 1994, 1998 and 2000 and was nicknamed "El Diez" - The Ten for his outstanding playmaking qualities. He led his club CF Ciudad de La Habana to the title in 1994, 1998 and 2001.

In the Cuban national team , Manuel Bobadilla was a constant for a decade and played almost 80 games in which he scored twelve times. Several times he was runner-up with Cuba at the Caribbean Cup and was the captain of the Gold Cup performance in 1998.
