The Österreichische Notariats-Zeitung is the monthly publication for notaries and voluntary jurisdiction . It is the magazine of the Chamber of Notaries ( Chamber of Notaries ). Trade magazine for the entire Notary beings with emphasis on the following areas: inheritance law , property law , corporate law , land registry law , tax law , procedures except disputes fees .

There are printed copies (12 issues a year at monthly intervals).

history

The Österreichische Notariatszeitung was founded in 1858/1859 and initially existed until 1938. When the Austrian notary's office was restored after the Second World War and the most urgent challenges associated with it had been overcome, the notarial newspaper was finally revived in 1949 and was published in its 81st that year. Vintage. The Österreichische Notariatszeitung is one of the oldest Austrian legal magazines. From 1949 it is published by the delegates' day of the Austrian chambers of notaries via the Manz'sche publishing and university bookstore, Vienna .
