Manuel Pretzl

Manuel Pretzl (born September 7, 1975 in Munich ) is a German politician ( CSU ).

Life

Manuel Pretzl is a business graduate . From 2007 to November 2018 he was the director of the German Hunting and Fishing Museum in Munich.

Manuel Pretzl has been a member of the Munich City Council since May 1, 2002 . Since January 1, 2017, he has been chairman of the CSU city council group as the successor to Hans Podiuk . His political focus lies in the areas of economic and environmental policy. In addition, he is a member of the supervisory board of Stadtwerke München . He was the second mayor of Munich since November 27, 2018 . In 2020 he lost this office again. However, he was confirmed as chairman of the CSU in the city council.

He is married and has two children.
