Manuel Rivas
Manuel Martinez Rivas (born October 24, 1957 in A Coruña , Spain ) is a Galician author, poet and journalist. Among other things, he is known for the novella The Carpenter's Pencil and the short story The Tongue of Butterflies . The Tongue of Butterflies was filmed in 1999 with the original Spanish title La lengua de las mariposas , directed by José Luis Cuerda .
