Marabel
Marabel is a predominantly waxy, early-ripening potato variety .
This variety is resistant to the Ro1 and four biotypes of the gold nematode . She is prone to clot formation Rattle virus . A foliar fertilization with nitrogen just before the tuber has a particularly positive for the variety Marabel. Marabel prefers better soils with a secure water supply. The breeder is the Böhm potato grower, which is part of Europlant .
Some literature sources advise against the use of the herbicidal active ingredient metribuzin in post-emergence treatments!
