Marathonios was a king of Sicyon in Greek mythology . He became the successor of Orthopolis , as it had no son.

He is said to have been a contemporary of Kekrops I of Attica . Eusebius of Caesarea attributes 30 years of reign to Marathonios. He names Marathios as his successor .
