Marc Pascal Sahli (born November 5, 1972 in Bern ) is a Swiss writer who mainly writes short stories , so-called prose miniatures . He lives in the Bern region.

Life

Marc Sahli grew up in Oberbipp and worked in administration after completing his training. In 1987 he began to paint and photograph. He has been writing since 1996. In addition, he deals with photography, film, painting and various other media; He had exhibitions in Kosovo, among others .

From 2000 to 2015 he worked for the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs , including several years in Moscow , Tripoli and Pristina . These stays abroad had a strong influence on his future work. He describes everyday scenes in short stories, observes the coexistence of people and the different cultures. He revises his texts over and over again for years.
