Marco Salas Arias

Marco Salas Arias (born September 9, 1985 ) is a Costa Rican road cyclist.

Marco Salas won a stage each in 2006 at the Vuelta a Nicaragua, the Clásica Poás, the Vuelta a Higuito and the Vuelta a San Carlos, where he was also first in the overall standings. The next year he won the first stage, the team time trial and the overall standings at the Vuelta a Nicaragua. At the Vuelta a San Carlos he was successful in one stage and the team time trial and at the Vuelta de Higuito he won the sixth leg. In the 2008 season he was successful with the Dos Pinos-Coopenae team in the team time trials of the Vuelta a San Carlos and the Vuelta a Costa Rica . In 2009 Salas won the overall ranking at the Vuelta a San Carlos. He also won the twelfth stage of the Vuelta a Guatemala .
