Mardie Island is an uninhabited island in the Australian state of Western Australia . The island is off the coast of Mardie. It is 8.4 kilometers from mainland Australia.

The island is 600 meters long and 360 meters wide. Nearby islands are Mardie Rock and the Fortescue Rocks .

An estimated 90 wedge-tailed shearwaters breed on the island .
