Margarete Finke

Margarete Brunhilde Finke (* in the 19th century ; date of death unknown ) was a German politician ( DVP ).

Life and politics

Margarete Finke was the head of the school in Gera-Untermhaus . As a member of the German People's Party (DVP), she moved into the Reuss younger line in 1919 . There she was one of three women among 18 men. She then worked from 1919 to 1923 in the joint parliament of the two Free States of Reuss ( People's State of Reuss ). In this 1919 four women met 32 ​​men. She was deputy secretary in the state parliament. On March 31, 1921, Finke resigned due to the downsizing of the regional representation, but rejoined on June 27, 1921 as a successor.

Finke had no mandate in the state parliaments of the state of Thuringia , in which the Reuss state was incorporated. As a member of the German National People's Party (DNVP), she ran in the constituency of Thuringia in vain for the Reichstag .
