Margarito Soto Reyes

Margarito "El Tigre" Soto Reyes is a suspected leader of the Mexican Sinaloa cartel and possible successor to Ignacio Coronel, who was shot by police in late July 2010 .

He is suspected of smuggling half a ton of drugs into the United States every month .

He was arrested on September 25, 2010 in the city of Guadalajara , Jalisco State .
