The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary ( Polish: Kościół Wniebowzięcia Najświętszej Maryi Panny w Cieszynie ) in Cieszyn , Poland , is a Catholic church on the edge of the Old Town.
history
The church was built in the 17th century in the Baroque style as a monastery church for the Brothers of Mercy of St. John built by God . The church was originally built north of the city wall. The church and monastery continue to be used by the order.
