Marian Frunzeanu

Marian Frunzeanu (born May 29, 1981 ) is a Romanian road cyclist .

Marian Frunzeanu was Romanian runner-up in the individual time trial in 2001. In the 2005 season he won the silver medal in the time trial at the Balkan Championships. In 2006 he won a stage at the Dan Racasan Memorial and became Romanian road racing champion. In the 2007 season Frunzeanu won two parts of the Turul Dobrogei and was able to win the overall standings. He was also successful on a stage of the Tour of Romania . In 2008 he won the second stage of the Turul Dobrogei and was second overall. In 2010 he was again Romanian road champion.
