Marie Franz ( January 11, 1836 in Berlin - December 8, 1857 in Stettin ) was a German stage actress .

Life

Franz, the daughter of the theater actor Emil Karl Friedrich Franz , took up her father's profession. She worked in the field of lively and sentimental lovers at the court theater in Berlin, Aachen, Lübeck, Bremen, Danzig, etc. and died on December 8, 1857 in Stettin.

Her most popular roles were "Mathilde" in Reset , "Marie" in Treue Lieder , "Roses" in Rose and Roses etc.
