Marina Golbahari

Marina Golbahari ( Persian مارینا گلبهاری; * March 10, 1989 in Kabul ) is an Afghan actress . She played the title character in the film Osama , which was produced by Siddiq Barmak . In the film she plays a girl who has to dress up as a boy during the Taliban regime . The film was nominated for a Golden Globe in the category of best foreign film. Golbahari used the money he earned to buy her parents a house.
