Marina Mokotów
Marina Mokotów is a gated community in Warsaw . On an area of 21.5 hectares there are 14 rental houses with 1027 apartments, 24 apartment buildings with 420 apartments as well as 54 semi-detached houses and ten detached houses that accommodate between 4000 and 5000 people. Sixty percent of the area is green.
criticism
In terms of size, the Mokotów marina is almost a district. The lack of public paths through the complex leads to a fragmentation of the city. A report from the city administration also mentions this problem and finds a negative impact on the development of the surrounding districts.
