Mario Wildmann (born November 17, 1975 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Wildmann began playing football in the youth of SV Kirchzarten . In 1990 he became German U15 champions of the regional associations with the South Baden selection; 1992 European champion with the U16 national team in Cyprus. From the B youth he moved to SC Freiburg before playing for VfB Stuttgart in the last two years of his youth .

After his youth he was accepted into the Bundesliga team at VfB Stuttgart and played four Bundesliga games. In 1996 Ralf Rangnick brought him to SSV Reutlingen 05 . With Reutlingen he won the German amateur championship in 1997 and was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga in 2000 . From 2001 to 2003 he played for Rot-Weiß Oberhausen . At the end of his career, he moved to SpVgg 07 Ludwigsburg in 2003 and to SGV Freiberg in 2004 , where he worked as an assistant coach from 2005 after his active career.
