As fifth, fourth and third, you became Württemberg champion three times in a row from 2013 to 2015. After Gehrmann left as a junior coach at Karlsruher SC , Freiberg was relegated to the association league after a season with four different coaches in 2016 . After a year, Gehrmann returned as a coach and led Freiberg straight back to the league in 2017 and there in 2018 as a promoted third place.
