The 2009/10 season of the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg was the 32nd season of the soccer Oberliga Baden-Württemberg and the second as the fifth-highest division in Germany. The champion and promoted to the Regionalliga Süd was the second team of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim with nine points ahead of FC-Astoria Walldorf .

In the association's leagues had SV Spielberg , FC Denzlingen , TSV Crailsheim and SV Bonlanden descend.

The climbers were the SV Linx from the Association League South Baden , the SpVgg Neckarelz from the Association League Baden and the FSV Hollenbach from the Association League Württemberg , which rose directly as the respective relay champions. VfB Neckarrems from the Württemberg Association League qualified via the promotion round of the runner- ups . Due to the withdrawal of the team during the current regional league season, SSV Reutlingen 05 was forcibly relegated to the upper league. The SV Waldhof Mannheim did not receive a license for the following regional league season and thus had to be relegated to the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg. Since the license was denied after June 6, 2010, there was no additional relegation from the league and in the following season 19 teams started.

The top scorer was Stefan Vogler from Bahlinger SC with 22 goals.
