The 2012/13 season of the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg was the 35th season of the Football Oberliga Baden-Württemberg and the fifth as the fifth-highest division in Germany. The champion and promoted to the Regionalliga Südwest was SpVgg Neckarelz with a five point lead over FC-Astoria Walldorf .
Offenburg FV , FSV 08 Bissingen and FC Singen 04 were relegated to the association leagues .
The promoters were SV Oberachern from the Association League South Baden , 1. FC Bruchsal from Association League Baden and the second team from 1. FC Heidenheim from the Association League Württemberg , who rose directly as the respective relay champions. FV Ravensburg qualified from the Württemberg Association of League via the promotion round of the runner-up .
The top scorer was Dejan Bozic from FC-Astoria Walldorf with 22 goals.

The three teams in places 16 to 18 of the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg are relegated to their respective association leagues at the end of the season. If there is a club from the Baden-Württemberg football associations among the relegated members from the Regionalliga Südwest, the number of relegated clubs from the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg will increase to four. If there are more relegated teams from the Baden-Württemberg football associations in the Regionalliga Südwest, the number of relegated clubs in the Baden-Württemberg Oberliga rises to a maximum of six clubs while the league is increased to a maximum of 21 clubs.

The three champions and one of the three runners-up from the association leagues of Baden , South Baden and Württemberg rise through a promotion round .
