The 2015/16 season of the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg was the 38th season of the football Oberliga Baden-Württemberg and the eighth as the fifth-highest division in Germany. The first matchday began with five matches on August 8, 2015.

Promotion and relegation regulation

  • Promotion to the Regionalliga Südwest
The champion was athletically qualified for promotion to the Regionalliga Südwest . The second was able to qualify in a relegation.
  • Relegation to the association leagues
The last three clubs were relegated to the association leagues. Depending on the relegation from the Regionalliga Südwest, up to six clubs could be relegated. If there are no regional league relegators from Baden-Württemberg and at the same time the second in the promotion relegation prevailed, the number of direct relegated teams decreased to two teams.
