The 2000/01 season of the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg was the 23rd season of the football Oberliga Baden-Württemberg and the seventh as the fourth-highest division in Germany. The champions and promoted to the Regionalliga Süd was TSG Hoffenheim , two points ahead of 1. FC Pforzheim .

In the association's leagues had to SG Heidelberg-Kirchheim , SV Bonlanden , VfL Kirchheim / Teck and FC Teningen descend.

The climbers were FC 08 Villingen from the Südbaden Association League , TSG Weinheim from the Baden Association League and SGV Freiberg from the Württemberg Association League, which rose directly as the respective relay champions.
