The 2006/07 season of the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg was the 29th season of the soccer Oberliga Baden-Württemberg and the 13th as the fourth highest division in Germany. The champion and promoted to the Regionalliga Süd was SV Sandhausen with one point ahead of SSV Ulm 1846 . With 91 goals, Master Sandhausen scored the most goals ever scored in a season in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg.
