The German B-Youth Championship 2007 was the 31st edition of this competition, which was last played among the best placed in the B-Youth Regional Leagues, before the teams of the newly introduced B-Junior National League played for the championship the following year . The champions were FC Bayern Munich with a 1-0 final victory over hosts Borussia Dortmund , which was defeated for the second time in a row in the final of the B youth championship.
