German football championship of the B-Juniors 1977/78

The German B youth championship in 1978 was the second edition of this competition. The champions were FC Schalke 04 , which defeated Hertha Zehlendorf 6-0 in the final.

The four regional association champions and the master from Berlin took part in the B youth championship.
