The 2014/15 season of the Regionalliga Südwest was the seventh season of the Regional Football League as the fourth-highest division in Germany. It began on August 2, 2014 and ended on May 23, 2015. After the 20th match day, as in the previous season, a winter break was taken.

1 SC Freiburg II has not submitted any license documents for the third division.

For the first time since the introduction of the fourth-class Regionalliga Südwest in 2012, no promoters of the Hessenliga took part. The TGM SV Jügesheim had withdrawn from the league as champions of the Hessenliga 2013/14 at the end of the season and waived promotion. The following clubs eligible for promotion had not applied to participate in the regional league.
