In the previous season, new kick-off times were set for this season as part of the reassignment of the broadcast rights to Sky . These were as follows:

  • Friday at 6:00 p.m. three games
  • Two games on Saturday at 1 p.m.
  • Three games on Sunday at 1:30 p.m.
  • A game on Monday at 8:15 p.m.

In addition, there were several exceptions: Immediately after FIFA's release periods for national players (up to six times per season), a Friday match was scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
