Marion's disease , English Marion's disease , is a no longer common name for a congenital (primary) bladder neck obstruction (PBNO).

It is a congenital stenosis of the bladder neck with malformation of the sphincter and impaired nerve supply , mostly in males.

The name refers to the first author of the first description from 1933 by the French surgeon and urologist Georges Marion (1869-1960).
