Mark W. Travis, director, directorial consultant, and creator of The Travis Technique

Mark W. Travis (born 1943) is a film and theater director.

He graduated from the Yale School of Drama . In the last 20 years travis has directed over 60 theater productions in Los Angeles and New York (including A Bronx Tale, Undressing New Jersey, Faithful, Once A Man Twice A Boy, Time Flies When You're Alive, Cafe 50's, No Place Like Home, Equus, Wings, TheComing of Stork, Linke vs. Redfield, Verdigris and The Lion In Winter). He lectured at the American Film Institute , UCLA , The Binger Institute Amsterdam , Pixar University , FAS Screen Training Ireland , HSU Kiev , the University of Television and Film Munich and regularly at the Munich Film Workshop .
