Markus Nummi
Markus Nummi (born November 24, 1959 in Helsinki , Finland ) is a Finnish author , screenwriter and director.
Life
Nummi is the son of the Finnish poet and author Lassi Nummi (1928–2012) and the brother of the filmmaker Ilari Nummi . He completed his studies in history and philosophy in Helsinki in 1982.
Since the publication of his first novel Kadonnut Pariisi (The Disappeared Paris) in 1994, Nummi has published two more novels, which have also been translated into German. He also wrote children's books and screenplays and worked as a director.
