Marliese Koester
Marliese Köster (born July 30, 1944 in Germersheim ) is a German politician ( CDU ).
Life and work
Köster studied to become a teacher and became a teacher. From 1970 she worked in Ludwigshafen am Rhein , where she became rector of the Ernst Reuter secondary school. She is the chair of the German Allergy and Asthma Association.

In 1981 Köster joined the CDU and was elected to the city council of Ludwigshafen am Rhein three years later . From 1984 to 1987 she was a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament . In 1990 she was elected deputy chairwoman of the CDU Ludwigshafen. In addition, she was district and district chairman of the women's union .
