Burk appointed as editor-in-chief, was in charge of the magazine . The chief editors included the top chef and cookbook author Elfie Casty and the wine journalist Andreas Keller.

Another change of publisher followed in 2006. From autumn 2006, Intervinum AG will publish Marmite as a culinary addition to Vinum . Since September 21, 2010 the magazine is published by the independent Marmite Verlag AG. The editor-in-chief of Marmite has been the gastronomic critic and journalist Andrin C. Willi since 2006. Today the Marmite appears in an edition of around 16,000 copies.
