Märta Norberg (born September 19, 1922 in Sidensjö ) is a former Swedish cross-country skier .

Career

Norberg, who started for Vårby IK , came second in 1947 and third in 1949 at the Lahti Ski Games over 10 km. In her only Olympic participation in 1952 in Oslo , she finished fourth over 10 km. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1954 in Falun and the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1958 in Lahti , she won the bronze medal with the relay. She also achieved tenth place over 10 km in Lahti. At the Svenska Skidspelen , she won the 10 km run in 1952 and 1953. In addition, she was third four times and second once in this run.

Norberg won the Swedish championships six times over 10 km (1939, 1947, 1948, 1949, 1951, 1952) and four times with the Vårby IK relay (1951, 1953, 1957, 1959).
