Martin Asholt
Martin Asholt (* 1977 ) is a German legal scholar .
Life
After completing his doctorate in 2006 at the Fernuniversität Hagen as Dr. iur. and the Habilitation in 2014, he has taught since 2015 as a Professor of Criminal Law , Criminal Procedure Law , White Collar Crime and Criminal law history at the University of Passau .
