Martin Committee
Martin Committee is the brand name of a trumpet manufactured by the American Martin Band Instrument Company from around 1936 to 1967 . It was played by well-known jazz trumpeters such as Miles Davis , Chet Baker , Lee Morgan , Horst Fischer and Dizzy Gillespie and is therefore considered "legendary".
Since about 1992 there has been a new edition of the Martin trumpet under the same name.
