Martin Dorner (born August 27, 1985 ) is an Austrian football player . Since June 2007 he has been working for SC Austria Lustenau in the first division .

Before that, Dorner played in the youth team of SVSF Pottschach. He was also active in the top division of Austria for VfB Admira Wacker Mödling . He came to SC Austria Lustenau in 2007 via SC Untersiebenbrunn and DSV Leoben . Before moving to Austria Lustenau, however, he played for 1 1/2 years for the Vienna Sports Club, where he successfully scored many goals. This is how Austria Lustenau became aware of him and so he moved to Vorarlberg in June 2007.

After two years with Austria, he moved back east and signed a contract with league competitor SKN St. Pölten .
