Martin Herrmann (cook)
Martin Herrmann (born December 3, 1966 in Haslach im Kinzigtal ) is a German chef .
Career
Herrmann did his apprenticeship in 1982 at the Hotel Dollenberg in Bad Griesbach and stayed there until he was promoted to head chef in 1991. In 1998 he was awarded the first Michelin star for the Le Pavillon restaurant , and the second followed in 2010. Herrmann is a member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe .
