Martin Lyresius

Martin Lyresius († June 28, 1611 ) was a German bishop and auxiliary bishop in Eichstätt .

In 1587 Lyresius was ordained a priest for the diocese of Augsburg . On January 8, 1603 he was appointed auxiliary bishop in Eichstätt and titular bishop of Philadelphia in Lydia . He assisted in the consecration of Blasius Laubich and Johann Gottfried I von Aschhausen .
