Martina Kraml

Martina Kraml (* 1956 in Bregenz ) is an Austrian religious educator .

Life

From 1970 to 1974 she attended the music and pedagogical secondary school in Egg (Vorarlberg) . From 1974 to 1976 she trained as a primary school teacher at the Federal Education Academy in Feldkirch . From 1976 to 1979 she worked as a primary school teacher in Schwarzenberg (Vorarlberg) . From 1979 to 1986 she studied independent religious education and Christian philosophy at the theological faculty in Innsbruck. From 1985 to 1990 she taught at various types of schools (general special school, elementary school, AHS). From 2000 to 2002 she taught at the Religious Education Academy of the Diocese of Innsbruck . After completing his doctorate (1998–2001) in the department of catechetics / religious education and specialist didactics with the dissertation : “Eating and drinking together. In 2002 she became a university assistant at the Institute for Practical Theology. After completing her doctorate (2000–2002), she became a contract assistant at the Institute for Practical Theology. In 2010 she became an assistant professor at the Institute for Practical Theology. After completing his habilitation in 2013 in the departments of catechetics / religious education and religious didactics with the habilitation thesis “Designing a dissertation in the space of possibilities. A didactic theology study on dissertation processes with special attention to the development of empirical research ”she became associate professor at the Institute for Practical Theology in 2013. In 2017 she was appointed university professor for catechetics / religious education and didactics of the Catholic-Theological Faculty of the University of Innsbruck.

Martina Kraml is married to Hans Kraml and has three children.
