Mary Barnes
Mary Edith Barnes (born February 9, 1923 in Portsmouth , County Hampshire , † June 29, 2001 in Tomintoul , Scotland ) was a British artist and writer .
Mary Barnes is best known for documenting her experiences - she was schizophrenic - with Ronald D. Laing , one of the founding figures of the anti-psychiatric movement, at Kingsley Hall, London .
