Mary Lalle Foley-Berkeley, 17th Baroness Berkeley (born October 9, 1905 , † October 17, 1992 ) was a British peeress and politician.

life and career

Foley-Berkeley was born on October 9, 1905, to Lieutenant Colonel Frank Wigram Foley and Eva Foley, 16th Baroness Berkeley . On April 5, 1967, the suspension of the title was ended in her favor with the permission of the Queen, after the mother died without a male heir. Between 1970 and 1977 she took part in debates in the House of Lords several times .

She died on October 17, 1992 at the age of 87.

Foley-Berkeley was unmarried and had a younger sister, Cynthia Ella Foley (1909-1991). Her heir to the title and successor is her nephew, Anthony Gueterbock, 18th Baron Berkeley .
