Masami Satō ( Japanese 佐藤 正 美 Satō Masami ; born August 26, 1981 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Satō learned to play soccer on the school team at Maebashi Ikuei High School . He signed his first contract with Yokohama FC in 2000 . The club played in the third highest division in the country, the Japan Football League . In 2000 he was with the club master of the Japan Football League and rose to the J2 League . For the club he completed 70 league games. In 2003 he moved to the third division Yokogawa Musashino . For the club he completed nine league games. In 2004 he moved to league competitor Thespa Kusatsu. At the end of the 2004 season, the club rose to the J2 League. For the club, he completed 96 league games. At the end of 2007 he ended his career as a football player.
