Masato Yamasaki ( Japanese 山崎 理 人 Yamasaki Masato ; born April 7, 1980 in Fukuoka Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Yamasaki learned to play soccer on the school team at Higashi Fukuoka High School . He signed his first contract with the Kyoto Purple Sanga in 1999 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 2001 he moved to the second division Mito HollyHock . For the club he completed 88 league games. Then he played with the New Wave Kitakyushu . At the end of 2006 he ended his career as a football player.
