Matar Coly (born November 10, 1984 ) is a Senegalese football player on the position of striker.

With the Bern Young Boys he wore the shirt number 29 until 2010. He was then without a club until he signed a one-year contract with the Challenge League club FC Biel-Bienne in 2012 . In August 2013 Coly moved back to the Axpo Super League , where he signed a one-year contract with Lausanne-Sports with an option for another season. In the 2014/15 season he was again under contract with FC Biel-Bienne. After this season, however, he ended his career due to a knee injury.
