The Matejko Icefall ( Lodospad Matejki in Polish ) is a glacier break on the south coast of King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It flows from the Krakow Peninsula between Stańczyk Hill and Martins Head to Legru Bay .
Polish scientists named it in 1980 after the Polish painter Jan Matejko (1838–1893).
