Matthias Hummel (born November 3, 1984 in Troisdorf ) is a former German soccer player . The central defender last played for ETSV Weiche Flensburg .

Career

Hummel switched from TSV Russee to Holstein Kiel at the age of 14 . From 2003 he played in both the first and second team of Kiel. In 2010 he moved to the Schleswig-Holstein league club FC Sylt. He did not miss a minute in the 2010/11 season. Nevertheless, he moved within the league to ETSV Weiche in the summer of 2011. With this he was promoted to the Regionalliga Nord in 2012. In the following year, the ETSV managed to stay in the league. In the summer of 2016, Hummel ended his career at ETSV Weiche.
