Matthias König (born October 25, 1981 ) is a German bicycle ball player from RV Gärtringen . Since 2004 he has been playing with Uwe Berner . After relegating to the 2nd Bundesliga in the first year together, they were promoted again the next year and have been playing in the 1st Bundesliga ever since. They won the final tournament in their first year in the World Cup .

Before that, Matthias had played with Michael Posedi for a number of years.
